All Caka Decor metal wall art is made to order. Because each piece is cut and finished specifically for your order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cakadecor.com with:

 

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging

A brief description of the issue

 

Once we review your claim, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will track it down or arrange a replacement.

 

Cancellations

 

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
